The non stick silicone prep and bake mat is perfect for baking, rolling dough, fondant and sugar work. The mat is made of woven fibreglass coated with a heavy duty premium food grade silicone. The temperature range is from -40 degrees to 250 degrees celsius. The prep and bake mat is easy to clean and maintain. Just wash with hot water and detergent. Hang to dry or wipe with a dry cloth. 400 x 300mm.
