What began as tiny wholesale business in the 1980’s has become Sydney’s now famous restaurant, cafe and caterer supplier.
Our collective knowledge and experience of our products, cooking and food is rare among our competitors. Over the years we have seen many small businesses thrive and grow, from modest beginnings to some now institutional eating establishments, and we like to think that our support, advice and knowledge has contributed to these successes.
We supply to restaurants and cafes, along with clubs, hotels and catering companies in Sydney, regional areas and interstate.
We have always been situated in the heart of Sydney’s inner city, recently relocating to Redfern.
