Shipping - Australia and International.
All orders are sent out using Couriers Please, Australia Post or TNT delivery service, and charged according to their size and weight costings based on the delivery address. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted by our courier services.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
You will be able to track your delivery via the Courier tracking number.
Orders that are in stock are generally shipped same or next working day.
International deliveries are possible. However, you need to contact us directly at chefswarehousesydney@gmail.com to arrange this.
The delivery times specified for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier. Please note that we have a short handling time to prepare and package your order before then. We are unfortunately unable to affect delivery times after we've handed over your order to a carrier.
These times are the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
