The tenderising mallet is made from cast aluminium with a wooden handle, and is easy to use and clean. Simply lay your cut of meat between sheets of cling wrap or waxed kitchen paper then hit the meat evenly all over, flipping over and repeating on the other side. This process will soften the connective tissues of the meat resulting in meat that is easier to chew and enjoy.
